Started his career in lighting system design for the hotel and tourism industry, later expanding his expertise into sales, travel coordination, diplomacy, and customer support. With over six years of practical experience, he leverages the knowledge and intuition cultivated through a wide range of operations. Outside of work, he enjoys a diverse range of hobbies, including reading, practicing martial arts, exploring new cuisines, and meeting new people. These experiences serve to broaden his perspective and deepen his understanding of world cultures. He is also a big fan of cats.

A seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, coordination, and customer service. A notable highlight of her career is her distinguished track record at H.I.S., one of Japan’s leading travel agencies, where she served as a Representative and Coordinator. In this role, she acted as a vital bridge between international logistics and Japanese service standards, demonstrating an outstanding ability to manage complex operations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, exploring new cuisines, and appreciating nature.
