Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy
• Full Refund: If the cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the service start time.
• 50% Refund: If the cancellation is requested between 24 and 48 hours before the service start time.
• No Refund: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service start time.
• All times are based on the local time of the activity.
• Weather Policy: This tour requires good weather to operate. In the event of cancellation due to poor weather, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
